Authorities: Minn. Man Arrested For 4th DUI In Wisconsin
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 50-year-old Austin, Minn., man was in a Wisconsin jail Friday morning, authorities say, because he drove under the influence and got into a crash with three other cars.
Troopers in St. Croix County arrested Todd Phillip Evans after an investigation revealed he was driving under the influence and crashed just before 9 a.m. on Interstate 94.
The crash resulted in minor injuries, but the conditions of those injured were not given.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation said Evans has three previous offences for driving under the influence.
Evans is currently in the St. Croix County Jail. A blood alcohol test was done, authorities said, but no results were given.
