Authorities ID Victim In Suspicious St. Paul Death
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – St. Paul officials have identified the 25-year-old man found dead Monday morning on the city's west side.
Authorities said Tuesday that Brandon James Horst was found unresponsive just after 1 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of Bellows Street.
His death is considered suspicious and the St. Paul Police Department said it is following leads. However, no arrests have been made.
The cause and manner of Horst's death will be released by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office.
