Authorities: Attempted Abduction In White Bear Township
WHITE BEAR LAKE TOWNSHIP (WCCO) -- A 17-year-old girl was the possible victim of an attempted abduction Thursday afternoon, according to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities say the victim was biking in the area of Highway 61 and County Road J when she was grabbed by a lone man. She was able to pull away and ride her bike to safety.
The man is described as a white male, approximately 30 years old, heavy set, white beard and no mustache and wearing a dark green baseball cap. The man was in an older Ford pickup truck with no topper and a primer gray color.
The case is being investigated.
