Asst. Wis. Attorney General To Prosecute Schaffhausen
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A special prosecutor has been brought in to lead the case against a father accused of killing his three daughters in River Falls, Wis.
Assistant Wisconsin Attorney General Gary Freyberg will prosecute the case against Aaron Schaffhausen.
The St. Croix County DA asked for help because of the complexity of the case.
Prosecutors will also file a motion requiring Schaffhausen to attend the preliminary hearing in person and not via video conference as his defense attorney indicated Schaffhausen would prefer to do.
