Amber Alert Issued For 16-Year-Old Girl

BROOKLYN PARK (WCCO) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old girl who was reportedly abducted in Brooklyn Park Thursday afternoon.

According to Brooklyn Park Police, they were called to the 7700 block of Abbott Ave. N. on the reported abduction.

Witnesses told police that Dolla Yang was walking in this area with two children, aged 3 and 4, when a car occupied by two men pulled up to her. Both men got out of the car and the passenger told Yang to come with him. When she refused, he grabbed her arms and forced her into the back seat of the car.

The car was last seen driving southbound on Humboldt Avenue North from Brookdale Drive. The car is described as an older looking, light blue, boxy, 4-door sedan.

The driver is described as an Asian male in his late teens with a "spike type" hairstyle and a tattoo on his neck or face. The passenger is described as an Asian male, 15 to 16 years old with a "messed up type" hairstyle and wearing a long black T-shirt.

Police describe Yang as an Asian girl, 5-foot-3, 105 pounds, long hair and wearing a black tank top and blue shorts.

Authorities advise anyone who encounters Vang not to confront him, and to call 911.
