Accused Iowa Killer Found In Minnepolis Closet
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO/AP) -- A man accused of shooting and killing a man in Iowa - was found hiding in a closet in Minneapolis.
Police say 27-year-old Lester Richardson killed a man outside a laundromat in Des Moines seven weeks ago.
U.S. Marshals tracked Richardson to Minneapolis after they learned he had friends here.
While they were searching one of the friends homes, they found Richardson in a closet.
He is currently being held in the Hennepin County jail awaiting extradition to Iowa.
