82-Year-Old Man Convicted In Child Sex Assault Case
HUDSON, Wis. (WCCO) -- An 82-year-old man was convicted for sexually assaulting children at his Hudson, Wis. home between 1995 and 2005, according to the St. Croix County Attorney's Office.
As a result of a plea agreement, Le Roy Jennfeldt was found guilty of second-degree sexual assault of a child under 16. He was originally charged with four felony counts of repeated sexual assault.
According to the criminal complaint, Jennfeldt is accused of having repeated sexual contact with four girls who were under 16 years old. They are now all adults.
Jennfeldt's sentencing date is set for 2 p.m. on March 13, 2011.
