5 Homes Evacuated Due To Gas Leak In Mpls., St. Anthony
ST. ANTHONY, Minn. (WCCO) -- Minneapolis and St. Anthony crews are responding to a gas leak on Stinson Boulevard Tuesday afternoon.
St. Anthony Dispatch says they were called out at 2:55 p.m. on a report of a gas leak near the area of 29th Avenue Northeast and Stinson. The leak is between 29th Avenue and 30th Avenue.
Five homes have been evacuated as a precaution. A school in the area has also been alerted and told to avoid the area when taking kids home.
Minneapolis and St. Anthony are working jointly because Stinson is the border between the cities.
