MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- From the second major GOP debate tonight to authorities addressing downtown Minneapolis violence, here are the four stories to know for Wednesday, Sept. 16.
Republican Presidential frontrunner, Donald Trump, will once again take center stage during the second GOP debate Wednesday night.
He'll face off against 10 other top candidates, including Ben Carson, who has made strong gains in the polls, as well as the only female GOP contender, Carly Fiorina.
Four other GOP hopefuls will participate in a "happy hour" debate before the main event.
The jabs start flying at 7 p.m.
The Minneapolis City Council will address gun violence Wednesday afternoon.
It comes after a troubling shooting over the weekend. Six people were shot around bar close near Target Center. Two men have been arrested and charged, but a third gunman is still on the loose.
Investigators believe the suspects were trying to shoot at police officers

During the offseason, the league voted to move the point after touchdown kick to 33 yards outs.
Over the past decade, the success rate of extra points was just over 99-percent, which sparked the change.
