Police Call Brooklyn Park Car Fires 'Suspicious'
BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (WCCO) -- Crews are looking into what started a business fire in Brooklyn Park overnight. Police say the fire appears suspicious.
The fire happened around 4 a.m. Wednesday at Transportation and Automotive Incorporated, which is along Lakeland Avenue near County Road 81.
Four vehicles at the business caught on fire. Police said the cars were in two separate areas of the lot.
Firefighters don't think anyone was at the business at the time of the fire.
It took crews awhile to extinguish the fires because fuel was leaking from the vehicles.
No one was injured in the incident.
Investigators are still looking into the cause.
