$2,500 Reward Offered For Info On St. Paul Hit-And-Run
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The car wash where a hit-and-run victim works is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to a conviction, St. Paul Police said Friday afternoon.
Police tweeted the announcement, saying that Downtowner Car Wash -- at which the 31-year-old victim, Wade Souster, worked -- was offering the reward.
Souster, of Inver Grove Heights, was found early Thursday morning about 10 feet from the crosswalk near the intersection of Atlantic Street and Phalen Boulevard. The incident put him in the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities aren't sure when exactly the hit-and-run happened, but they did say Friday that the suspect vehicle is believed to be a dark-colored car.
If you've seen a vehicle of that description, or know anything about the hit-and-run, call police at 651-266-5722.
