20-Year-Old Man Shot, Killed In Richfield ID'd
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Richfield Police have identified the 20-year-old man who was shot to death Saturday afternoon.
At 4:40 p.m., police responded to reports of shots fired on the 6900 block of 16th Avenue South.
Upon arrival, officers found a 20-year-old man dead at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
Five people were taken in to custody at the scene.
On Sunday afternoon, police identified the man as Fernando Leon-Celis.
Of the five people taken into custody, two were arrested and taken to the Hennepin County Jail. The other three were released Sunday.
The incident is still being investigation and possible charges are pending.
