2 Previews Of Minnesota Fringe Festival Shows Set
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Fans of the Minnesota Fringe Festival can get an early taste of this year's shows.
The first of two Fringe-for-Alls will be held Monday starting at 7:30 p.m. at Mixed Blood Theatre on Minneapolis' West Bank. Thirty Fringe acts are each given three minutes to perform an excerpt of their show.
A 2011 Fringe Festival admission button -- which costs $4 -- is required for entry.
The second Fringe-for-All will be held Monday night, July 25, also at Mixed Blood.
This year's Fringe Festival runs Aug. 4-14 in Minneapolis and St. Paul. A total of 168 different productions will be staged at 18 venues in the Uptown, downtown and West Bank areas of Minneapolis and at Gremlin Theatre in St. Paul.
