2 Killed In Eagan Head-On Crash Identified
EAGAN, Minn. (WCCO) -- Police have identified the two people killed in a head-on crash in Eagan, Minn. over the weekend.
The accident happened Saturday around 6 p.m. on Diffley Road and Amber Leaf Trail.
Investigators said the crash happened after one of the motorists crossed the center line.
The victims were 18-year-old Ashim Ahmed Jr. and 42-year-old Kelly Kristiansen, both of Eagan.
The drivers were both alone in their vehicles.
The State Patrol is still trying to determined how the crash happened.
Police said this weekend they were trying to determine whether alcohol was a factor in the crash.
