2 Arrested After Mpls. Police Chase
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police arrested two men after they led officers on a high-speed chase that started in North Minneapolis and ended near the Crosstown Commons.
According to Police, the chase began after officers were tipped off to a drug deal Sheridan and Plymouth Avenues North.
Police said they believe there was heroin involved in the deal.
The vehicle took off and a pursuit eventually found its way onto Interstate 35W. The chase ended after the suspects exited at 46th Street South and abandoned the vehicle.
Police arrested two men on foot.
Authorities haven't identified the two men arrested.
