Ramsey Co. Sheriff's Office: 16-Year-Old Girl Missing
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl.
Wendy Thao was last seen in Vadnais Heights around 11 a.m. on April 7, according to the sheriff's office. Thao was entering a black Infiniti G35. Thao's family said they do not recognize the vehicle in question.
Thao was wearing a white crop top, blue jeans, a maroon peacoat and tan ankle boots. She was also carrying a pink duffle bag, floral print backpack and a tan and navy blue purse.
The sheriff's office said they are not sure if Thao ran away or was abducted.
