1 Hurt In Overnight Shooting In Eden Prairie
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) –A man was shot in the head in an overnight shooting in Eden Prairie, police said.
According to police, officers received a call around 5:09 a.m. Saturday about an individual in the parking lot of Jerry's Foods in the 9600 block of Anderson Lakes Parkway.
Upon arrival, police found a 58-year-old man next to a delivery truck with head trauma.
Police later determined the head trauma was a gunshot wound.
Roughly an hour later officials in Bloomington took an adult male into custody, Eden Prairie police said.
He is considered a suspect in the shooting and remains in custody.
The victim was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center. His condition is unknown.
The incident is still under investigation.
