1 Dead In Lakeville Workplace Accident
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person is dead after an accident at a business in Lakeville Monday.
It happened at QA1 Precision Products on Hanover Avenue.
OSHA is investigating. The agency has cited the company six times in the last five years, but the issues have since been corrected.
