Hometown Heroes Festival
The third annual Hometown Heroes Festival today at Tropical Park in Miami honored the brave men and women who serve and protect our community. A special moment was shared onstage when the family of Miami-Dade officer Caesar "Echy" Echecevi, who died in the line of duty, received the first hero award.
