Boy, 13, lucky to be alive after struck by stray bullet in Miami-Dade on Fourth of July
Two people in separate incidents were struck by stray bullets on the Fourth of July while they were admiring the fireworks. CBS News Miami's Ivan Taylor caught up with one of those victims: a 13-year-old boy.
