Woman Taken To Hospital After Dispute In Miami Gardens
MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) - A possible carjacking at a Miami Gardens McDonalds ended up being a case of assault against a woman in the vehicle.
Police said there was a dispute between a man and a woman inside a vehicle at the drive-through.
The woman was assaulted and shoved out of the car, according to police.
The suspect fled in his vehicle with a two-year-old inside. The suspect is the custodial parent of the baby so the case is not being considered an abduction.
Police said the victim is being uncooperative.
