Woman Accused Of Smearing Poop On Neighbor

WEST PALM BEACH (CBSMiami) - Fed up with puppy poop on her property, a Boca Raton woman ended up being taken to the pokey after she allegedly smeared dog feces on her neighbor.

When Amy Goldberg, 57, saw her neighbor allowing her dog to defecate on her lawn in the upscale golf club community of Woodfield Country Club, she decided to take things into her own hands - literally, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

She reportedly ran out of her home, yelling at the woman to clean it up. As the neighbor scooped to bag it, she stopped when she heard Goldberg yelling at her. That's when Goldberg ran, scooped up the poop and allegedly smeared it on the other woman's hands and shirt.

The cops were called and Goldberg was arrested and charged with battery on a person 65 years or older.
