Winderman: Justise Winslow 'Reminds Me of Shane Battier'
Justise Winslow has already engendered comparisons to prominent NBA wings like Draymond Green and Jimmy Butler. You can now add a former Dukie (and Heat player) to the list.
"He reminds me of Shane Battier," the Sun Sentinel's Ira Winderman said on the Big O Show. "What was Shane Battier great at? Maybe defense, but even then you really didn't want him as a lock down kind of guy. You know he needed help. He's the kind of guy that will give you a lot of everything."
As for any other additions to the Miami Heat's roster, Winderman expects the team to be quiet in free agency.
"If Goran [Dragic] returns," Winderman said, "the Heat really won't be significant free agent players no matter what happens with Lou Deng or with Dwyane Wade."
