Wallace on Wade, Heat: 'This is Not How Miami Operates'
"This is what's the surprising part, not that they're struggling over numbers this early in the negotiation," ESPN's Mike Wallace said on the Joe Rose Show. "That's to be expected. What's surprising is the fact is it's come out from both sides.
"This is not how Miami operates with Pat Riley and Dwyane Wade. That's not how things have gone so that tells you this is a serious issue and hopefully both sides can come together. Two tremendous egos. Maybe they can come together, humble themselves on both sides and realize what's best for the long-term of the franchise as well as for the franchise's marquee player."
