Two Hospitalized After SUV Slams Into W. Dade Townhouse
WEST MIAMI-DADE (CBS4) - A family inside their West Miami-Dade townhouse were left to scramble for safety after an out of control SUV slammed through their living room early Tuesday evening.
Family members tell CBS4's Brian Andrews that the victims were watching TV in their home on the 300 block of NW 84th Court when the silver Isuzu Rodeo came crashing through the front window.
Miami Dade Fire Rescue crews arrived and two people were seen from Chopper 4 being put on backboards and loaded into ambulances. Police say the driver of the SUV and a man inside the home were taken to Kendall Regional Medical Center in stable condition.
Police are investigating.
