Tropical Depression 9 Forecast To Become A Remnant Low

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Poorly organized Tropical Depression Nine is forecast to become a remnant low.
At 10:30 p.m., the center of the system was about 1070 miles east of the Lesser Antilles. depression is moving toward the north near 7 mph with maximum sustained winds of 30 mph.
A turn to the northwest is expected on Friday.
The depression is moving into a very hostile environment, and is forecast to weaken to a remnant low on Friday.
There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect.
