Tropical Depression 5 Forms In Atlantic

MIAMI (CBS4) - The National Hurricane is now tracking Tropical Depression 5 which formed in the tropical Atlantic Ocean Wednesday afternoon.

At 11 p.m., the storm was located about 700 miles east of the Windward Islands travelling west-northwest at 18 miles per hour.

The storm's maximum sustained winds are 35 miles per hour.

Tropical storm watches have been issued for Barbados, St. Vincent, The Grenadines, Dominica, St. Lucia, Martinique, and Guadeloupe.
