Paints n' Cocktails is awesome because it really make uses of the wine theme. Guests can either paint on the standard canvas or they can opt to paint on a provided wine glass and take home a DIY souvenir of the night. The price is $35 to $45 for a two- to three-hour class and all supplies are included, even the wine openers and cups. As an additional bonus, participants who don't like their work or want to complete an unfinished product can return for one free one-hour session held once per month to touch up their painting and receive more instruction. How cool is that?
Bailey Contemporary Art (BaCA)

Bailey Contemporary Art might be the best bang for your buck. Its BYOB paint and sip classes are only $30 and are held every Friday, but it's highly recommended to try one of its many other events during the week for a more communal experience. This two-story contemporary art gallery also has exhibits, poetry and spoken word events, artist housing and film screenings. Not bad for a newly renovated former hotel.
