MIAMI (CBSMiami) -  Miami-Dade Police said they arrested the shooter responsible for killing one teenager and wounding another outside Miami Carol City High School last week.

Witnesses told police four teens were arguing outside the school last Thursday when shots rang out. Two of the teens were hit. Khambrell Manning, 16, was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital where he died. The second teen, identified as Tranard Gray, was treated and released.

Police believe Parks was the gunman and an ongoing feud between the teens led to the shooting.

Friends who know the victims and suspect said there has been bad blood for years.

"They've been at it for years. So long that everybody knew, that it was going to go down," said friend Kayla Jackson.

Parks has been charged with First Degree Murder and Attempted Murder. He will remain in juvenile detention.

He has another hearing scheduled for mid-December
