Ted Cruz Takes Kansas, Maine

WICHITA, Kan. (CBSMiami) -- Texas Senator Ted Cruz has been projected as the winner of the Kansas and Maine caucuses.
Cruz took nearly half of all Republican votes at 49 percent in Kansas, doubling GOP front-runner Donald Trump (25%) who came in second.

He edged out Trump in Maine 46 - 33, making it the sixth win for Cruz, who took Alaska, Iowa, Oklahoma and Texas.
Cruz addressed the results at a rally in Idaho saying, "God bless Kansas. And God bless Maine."
