Tebow Named Starter For Broncos
MIAMI (CBSMiami.com) – The Miami Dolphins will finally not be worried about selling out a game in two weeks. The problem is more people will probably be there to see the opponent than watch the Dolphins.
Denver Broncos head coach John Fox announced Tuesday morning that Tim Tebow will be his new starting quarterback.
The Dolphins will host the Broncos in two weeks on what is being touted as Gator Day when the Dolphins will honor the Florida Gators for winning a national championship at Sun Life Stadium in 2009. The Gators quarterback at the time was Tebow.
It's a coincidence, but one that the Dolphins are likely not exactly upset about. The game will likely be a sellout now, but just as many fans will be cheering for the Broncos and Tebow as will be cheering for the Dolphins.
