Tampa Teen Shot In Home Invasion

RIVERVIEW (CBSMiami/AP) — A 14-year-old boy has been hospitalized after he was shot during a home robbery.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies said the teen was home alone early Friday morning when he heard noises downstairs. As he went to check it out, he was confronted by two men wearing masks.
The men shot him four times before taking off with electronics from the home.
According to officials, the teen was taken to a hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The shooters fled in a light green VW Beetle.
An investigation is now underway.
