Tamarac Ticket Hits Florida Lotto Jackpot
TALLAHASSEE (CBS4) - If you bought a ticket for Saturday night's Florida Lotto drawing in Tamarac, you may be the state's newest millionaire. The state's lottery department said one ticket sold in that city matched all six numbers to win the $6 million jackpot.
The winning numbers were 8-14-18-29-33-37.
Thirty two tickets matched five numbers to win $5,230.50 each; 2,200 tickets matched four numbers for $71.50 each; and 46,511 tickets matched three numbers for $5.00 each.
The jackpot for this Wednesday's drawing will be re-set to $2 million.
In Powerball, no ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball number to win the $44 million jackpot. That means it will rollover to $54 million for this Wednesday's drawing.
The winning numbers in Saturday night's drawing were 3-21-24-38-39 and the Powerball number was 24.
Thousands of other tickets matched lesser winning Powerball combinations.
