TAMARAC (CBSMiami) -- The surviving victim of a triple shooting on New Year's Day that left two others dead was released from the hospital Saturday, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
Jason Claire, 33, was shot Friday at the Boston Market where he worked as an assistant manager. He was airlifted to Broward Health Medical Center.
Police said Clive Muir, 56, a former employee who was recently fired, shot Claire inside the restaurant's office before turning the gun on himself in the parking lot.
Just minutes before the attack, Muir shot and killed another assistant manager, Anne Nau, 21, at her Tamarac home, according to police.
