Steele: Expect Al Golden to Be Off Hot Seat After Season
The Miami Hurricanes' over/under for 2015 opened at an astonishingly low 5.5 wins, making Canes fans wonder when the once prestigious program will claw itself out of ACC mediocrity.
But there's one college football expert out there who says the U is his "number one most improved team in the country this year" after successfully pegging TCU's rise out of nowhere before last season.
"Anything less than a big year -- a nine or 10 win season for me -- and I think [Al Golden] won't be the head coach," Phil Steele said on the Marc Hochman Show with Zach Krantz. "I think the potential is there to get it done. I've placed him firmly on the hot-seat list and I expect him to be off the hot-seat list at the end of the year."
Steele thinks the Canes could be in store for a double-digit win season.
