Big Winners In Lotto, Powerball
TALLAHASSEE (CBS4) – Big winners all around in Saturday night's Florida Lotto and Powerball drawings. Someone who bought a Lotto ticket in Miami is the state's newest millionaire and a single ticket, sold in New York, won the Powerball jackpot of a little more than 122 million.
In the Florida Lotto the winning numbers were 7-20-35-36-38-48. The single winning ticket won an estimated $21 million jackpot.
Forty four tickets matched five numbers to win $5,836.00 each; 2,244tickets matched four numbers for $86.50 each; and 48,458 tickets matched three numbers for $5.50 each.
The jackpot for this Wednesday's drawing will be reset to $2 million.
In Powerball, the winning numbers were 30-31-34-45-51 and the Powerball number was 23.
One ticket sold in Florida matched all five numbers but not the Powerball number to win $200 thousand.
Thousands of other tickets matched lesser winning Powerball combinations.
