Shoe Thieves Hit Same Burlington Store Twice
CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) – A suspected pair of thieves who have a penchant for pricey designer shoes has struck a Coral Springs store twice.
Now police have released surveillance picture of the couple in hopes that they can stop them before they strike again.
On May 7th, the man and woman reportedly stole near a thousand dollars in Coach shoes from the Burlington Coat Factory store at 6251 W Sample Road.
According to police, they picked out various pairs of shoes, removed them from the boxes, pulled off the security sensors and then hid them in Burlington Coat Factory bags which they had brought with them. The couple stole 19 pairs of shoes valued at nearly a thousand dollars.
Police four days after the pair returned and hit the store again.
