Sheen Sues Warner Bros., Lorre

LOS ANGELES (CBS4) - Former Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen, who was booted from the show for his recent behavior, has filed a lawsuit against show creator Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros.

In the suit Sheen's attorney, Marty Singer, claims Warner Bros. fired his client and cancelled the rest of the episodes for this season because they were "capitulating to Lorre's egotistical desire to punish Mr. Sheen."

Singer also claims there was a conspiracy between Lorre and Warner Bros. According to Singer, Warner Bros. decision to cancel the remaining eight episodes of the current season and blame on Sheen's behavior happened before he publicly criticized Lorre. Singer maintains Lorre hated Sheen and wanted out of Two and Half Men so he could work on his other shows.

Finally Singer points out that Warner Bros. fired Charlie when they claimed he was "sick", which is a violation of state and federal law.
