Several fire engines needed to put out large fire in Miami Gardens
MIAMI - It took several Miami-Dade Fire engines to put out a large fire Friday afternoon in a residential area of Miami Gardens.
Authorities said the fire started at around 3 p.m. in a large shed behind a house on Northwest 189th Terrace and 5th Avenue.
Neighbors said the owners do autobody repair work in that shed.
Images from Chopper 4 showed fire crews fighting the flames in the backyard of that home.
Luckily, no one was home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries.
It's not clear what may have started the blaze, but the damage is extensive.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
