Rina Not Changing Fantasy Fest Schedule Yet
KEY WEST, Fla. (CBSMiami.com) – Florida Keys officials are not expecting Hurricane Rina to alter the schedule of Fantasy Fest, which runs through Sunday.
"We will continue to closely monitor the future progress of the storm," said Key West Mayor Craig Cates. "The safety of Keys residents and visitors is our highest priority."
Keys officials have given the go ahead to begin the 10-day Fantasy Fest celebration as scheduled. The official end of fantasy fest will be Sunday, October 30.
