Reward Offered In Margate Woman's Murder
LAUDERHILL (CBS4) – There is a $1,000 reward in the case of a South Florida woman's murder that police need help solving.
The body of Kiahni Blackshear, 36, of Margate was found Tuesday in Lauderhill. Her body was found in the backseat of her gold Toyota Corolla in an apartment building parking lot in the 5200 block of NW 22nd Street.
Police confirm Blackshear was murdered but haven't released any other information including her "cause of death."
Blackshear, originally from Long Beach, N.Y., was a registered nurse in Florida for 14 years, and her listed workplace was less than two miles from her Margate home, state records show. She had no criminal record, records show.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect responsible for Blackshear's murder.
