All Clear Given After Search For Gunman On FIU Campus
WEST MIAMI-DADE (CBS4) - The search for a gunman on the campus of Florida International University's Modesto Maidique Campus was called off late Friday after several hours.
Campus police received a call Friday night about an attempted armed robber who was involved in an incident on school grounds.
In addition to FIU Police, Miami-Dade and Sweetwater Police are assisting in the search.
No injuries have been reported and no information about the attempted robbery has been released.
