Troopers describe the driver as a black male between 40 and 50-years old, thin build with long dreads and a beard. He was wearing a yellow shirt with tan pants at the time of the incident.
FHP said it all started on Monday afternoon when Tawny Grogin was driving westbound on SW 10th Street, between Dixie Highway and I-95 , on Monday afternoon when she got into a traffic altercation with the driver in the Mercury, according to FHP.
That's when she drove on to I-95 and realized the other driver was following her.

Goad, who was in the car with Grogin, decided to get out and a physical altercation ensued. At some point in the fight, the driver of the Mercury stabbed Goad and then left, according to troopers.
