MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Police have released new, clearer photos of two men who walked into a convenience store Thanksgiving morning, fatally shooting the owner.

The two men, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department, walked into the store at 13101 N.W. 27 Avenue just before 10 a.m. and picked up a couple of items.

As Rashid Keblawe, 40, was bagging their items, one of the hoodie-wearing guys pulled out a gun and shot him. Then, police say, the two men jumped over the counter and beat Keblawe. When he fought back, he was shot multiple times.

Keblawe died before help could arrive.

The pair then ran out of the store. Surveillance video shows them get into an older model Buick 4-door and drive off.

Keblawe's family said he was the oldest of four siblings. He and his wife were expecting their first child in January.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at (305) 471-TIPS (8477).
