Police Release New Clue In Teen's Murder
MIAMI GARDENS (CBS4) --Miami Gardens Police have released surveillance video from the night a teenager was murdered.
November 28th 2012, Brandon Milliner, 18 was shot and killed.
According to police: the video shows Milliner walking through a Miami Gardens parking lot located at 2225 Northwest 155th St. A car pulled up, someone got out and followed Milliner.
Seconds later, police say that person chased, shot, and killed Milliner.
Police hope the video will prompt someone to call with tips.
Brandon's father hopes so too.
In the months since his son's murder, Clive Milliner has searched for answers. "Sometimes I get up at two o'clock in the morning and I'm looking at the ceiling and I ask the Lord, 'Why?'"
Police say they don't know why Brandon was killed or who killed him, but someone does.
Clive Milliner is begging anyone with information to come forward.
Clive Milliner says Brandon liked to play football always attended church with his family and took him to work.
Milliner dreamed of watching his son attend college. Now he just wants to know who killed Brandon.
"We can't bring him back but you know nothing more would make me feel good than I can look in the person's face and ask him why you did it and forgive him."
Milliner says he does want his son's killer to pay for the crime.
"It's going to be hard for me to but I will forgive him, I will," Milliner said.
