DANIA BEACH (CBSMiami) - Authorities have now arrested a man wanted for following a woman and then robbing her outside her Dania Beach home at knife point.
U.S. Marshals found Ramon Fernando Rivera-Lopez holed-up in New Port Richey, were they arrested him on Friday.
According to police, the victim, 26, encountered Rivera-Lopez a BP gas station at 2547 Sheridan Street November 7th where he made romantic advances toward her.
The victim ignored the advances and went inside the gas station to withdraw money from an ATM.
"He said, 'hey you're really pretty' and I got in my car and drove off," the victim said.
She got into her car and left for a friend's house, but changed her mind and went home.
As she drove into her apartment complex, police said she noticed someone tailgated her through the guard gate.
The victim got out of her car and walked her dog for a brief moment, but she said Rivera-Lopez approached her with romantic advances again.
She got back into her car and when she attempted to get out again, Rivera-Lopez reportedly approached her with a knife in hand, police said.
"And then he took me by the back of my head with a handful of my hair ripped out and put the knife on my neck," said the victim.
According to the victim, Rivera-Lopez demanded the money she got from the ATM and then fled in his car.
