Police Make Arrest In Miami Murder

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Police have arrested a man in connection with a murder in Miami.
The victim was found October 31 on a sidewalk near 1277 NW 7 Street.
Miami police said Tyler Alexander, 22, was arrested based on evidence connected to the crime.
Officials said Alexander had blood on his shorts and inside backpacks found in his room.
The victim's name has not been released pending the notification of his family. Police said he is in his late 40s.
Police reported having surveillance video of the victim and Alexander before the murder took place.
Alexander is being held on no bond.
A motive for the murder is not known.
