Plane From Ft. Lauderdale Slides Off Runway In Ohio
CLEVELAND (CBSMiami) -- A plane from Fort Lauderdale has slid off the runway at Hopkins Airport in Cleveland.
It happened around 11 a.m.
According to United Airlines, "Flight 1639 slid into the grass and snow while turning on to the taxiway. There were no reported injuries among the 103 passengers and five crew members."
Buses were brought to the plane to get passengers back to the terminal safely.
A mechanics team from United Airlines is on site.
