It can't be argued that the Miami Heat are one of the best run organizations in professional sports.
Having Pat Riley at the helm has allowed Miami to be a strong, competitive team year in and year out.
The team has had a constant influx of talent which has led to the Heat winning three NBA Championships in the last 10 years.
Riley has done a great job of bringing in current and former All-Stars to play either a main role or work as a reserve to add depth or provide leadership and mentorship.
Since the 2005-06 season when Miami won its first championship, the Heat have had 21 NBA All-Stars wear the black and red.
