OSU Defensive End Transfers To UM
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Hurricanes added another potentially key piece for the 2014 season on Thursday when it was announced Oklahoma State freshman defensive end Naim Mustafaa will transfer to the team.
Per NCAA rules, Mustafaa will have to sit out one year after initially enrolling early at OSU to go through spring football. Mustafaa was originally committed to Georgia, but then enrolled at OSU before his transfer to UM Thursday.
Mustaffaa is out of Alpharetta, Georgia and was a four-star recruit, according to Scout.com, coming out of high school at 6'4", 235 pounds.
Mustaffa will have four years of eligibility left after he sits out this season.
Miami has already assembled another top recruiting class for next year, ranked as high as number three in the nation by Rivals.com. Golden has secured commitments from two four-star defensive tackles and another four-star defensive end for next year.
